Robin Cohen developed a passion for health and fitness after working with her own personal trainer and attending fitness classes for years. She became a spinning enthusiast and instructor several years ago, and loves the mind-body connection of the sport. The innovation of the RealRyder bike brought indoor cycling to a whole new and exciting level, and inspired Robin to make a change from her previous profession as a gemologist to Rock ‘n Ryde. She is Mad Dogg, RealRyder, TRX, and CPR/AED certified. Her goal is to give you a workout that is challenging, fun, and above all, one that makes you want to come back for more!

Meredith has been an indoor cycling instructor for more than 10 years. Prior to teaching cycling Meredith was an NCAA Division 1 Collegiate Rower at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va. In 1997 and 1998 Meredith earned invitations to two different US National Rowing Selection Camps with aspirations of the 2000 Summer Olympic Games. While Meredith did not end up making it to the 2000 Olympic games, she channeled that competitive spirit elsewhere and took up Triathlon and Marathon Running. Between 1999 and 2009, Meredith completed over 100 road races as well as 10 Olympic distance Triathlons, including the Philadelphia Triathlon, Reston Triathlon (2 time age group winner), and 6 full Marathons including the Marine Corps (twice), NYC, Baltimore, Nike Women’s, and Boston. Her passion has always been for fitness and health and she couldn’t imagine life without lofty goals in these areas. Meredith is a medical sales representative, a wife and mother of two young children and would like to be an example to other moms/women/people with careers and families who feel like they have to put their fitness and health goals aside to take care of their families and be successful at work.

Fitness has always been a big part of Kian’s lifestyle and includes his love of sports, with basketball and football at the top of the list. Whether on the screen (GO BIG BLUE!) or taking part personally, Kian remains active in yearly basketball tournaments and is a proud member of a football team, ‘GSA’, every season. “When it comes to SPIN – I have to admit there is nothing like it! I have been a spinning enthusiast for the past several years, starting in NYC, and love sharing the experience with my lovely wife, Janice. In 2010, I was introduced to the RealRyder bike – no longer a stationary bike but instead the most intense, realistic, mind-blowing experience that took spinning to a whole new level for me. This is when I knew I wanted to do something more and share my love of Spin with others. I look forward to bringing my passion, energy, fun and music to Rock ‘n Ryde! Seeing clients sweat and push themselves to attain fitness results or make a lifestyle change is what pushes me to do my part in helping them accomplish their goals, because after each class I can say “I helped another heart become healthy.”
