This class is 45 minutes of cycling with high intensity interval drills. Drills are 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds of recovery, repeated for four minutes. Rest and repeat! Tabata training is the most effective way to get fit and lose weight!
Just like it sounds - This is 45 minutes of fast and furious cycling fun. We're not just spinning our wheels here - let's make it happen! This ryde will get your heart rate up and burn mega calories!
This 60 minute ryde will push your body to it's limits. Join us for one hour of invigorating, cycling fun. But beware, you're about to burn some extra calories!
